Howdy! Lone Star Synchro is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization filled with fun-loving adults who enjoy trying new things in the water. We are committed to expanding the knowledge and artistry of artistic swimming (aka synchronized swimming). We practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas. Contact us for more details.

We have a mix of all levels of swimmers. We have adults who previously swam on national level teams to those who are brand new to the sport, and everything in between. Whether you would just like to try the sport or if you have decades of expereince we would love for you to reach out and we can share the latest information with you.

APRIL 28, 2025
Our next intro class will be a one day class on Monday April 28th. Whether you are brand new or have experience but just haven't been in the water for awhile this can be a great way to get into our sport and learn more about our team.
JANUARY 2025
Our lastest intro to artistic swimming class was a 4 week class where participants expereiced a variety of synchro skills.
DECEMBER 18, 2024
We ha d a great time showcasing our routines from 2024 at our anniual mini show for friends, family, and the community.
OCTOBER 2024
Several of our team members went out to and had a great time in Clearwater FL, at the US National Masters Championship. We brought back many memories and medals.
We look forward to attending the next competition in Kansas City area in 2025 . We would love anyone 18+ with synchro experience to consider checking us out to possibly join us in this endeavor, or just work towards self improvement and trying something new.
